Bought this in old 13 oz TALC bottles for years. But those 8-ounce bottles are made from cornstarch, not talc. I hate this stuff, it doesn't glide smoothly and predictably like TALC [which it isn't]. Save some money and buy some good old cornstarch to use in the sauce. Do the math. Heat and humidity plus cornstarch causes thickening (you know, gravy?). What does that do with sweaty hands in a hot bar? mmm, 8 balls in a side sauce boat. I throw these bottles. Pooh.
