Bad headphones for the price

I bought these headphones for my wife because she calls many times a day. We bought them on SPECIAL because they were the only headphones compatible with MS Team, the main software my wife's company uses for meetings. Here's the synopsis: GOOD: Not sure. The sound quality is on par with $50-$100 wireless headphones. Easily connects to a laptop via a wireless USB port. THE BAD: The design of the case and charging station leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing indicates that your headphones will be charged. There is no magnetic seat to ensure the pins touch. Again very poor design for such an expensive item. In addition, the case does not sit upright even when charging and is very difficult to open. Again, an odd and inefficient design choice. REALLY BAD: The design keeps falling off your ears even when you use different ear pads. TERRIBLE: This is probably the worst and most inexplicable feature. Headphones designed specifically for meetings don't have a mute/unmute button on the earbud itself. When browsing online forums, this seems to be the biggest frustration for users. One could use cheap wired headphones when needing to mute a call on a laptop. After weeks of trying to get it to work, including ordering different types of ear pads, we can't get it to work. Unfortunately, the return window for this product closed for me a few days ago. Overall a bad product as it does not serve its purpose although it is very expensive.
