TERRIBLE. 1) WAYYYY too small. It didn't even fit my 25 lb boykin spaniel puppy. 2) 100% would NOT keep him afloat at all. 3) Huge velcro to adjust size BUT it's bad. This can tear your swimwear and boat seats and cause buckle locks. 4) The handle would NOT support your dog's weight if you had to lift it out of the water. Hole for attaching a leash, bright orange color and reflective stripes. If you have time to order multiple sizes, use this one. Otherwise, don't order a size up (even a size up) and don't expect it to fit. I have seen other reviews where it is true to size, some are too small, some sizes are not correct at all.
