It was a bit pricey but it was worth it. Since this was my first child, I had no idea he needed tummy time to avoid a flat head. He just slept the whole time and I've heard they shouldn't be allowed to sleep on their side or stomach. At 3 months he had a very flat back of the head. My chiropractor recommends this pillow. I could get it cheaper on their website but that would be an international shipping time and money too big and too long. Got it prime in 2 days (also bought a case). I've used it for every sleep and sleep from 4 to 10 months and made sure the nanny was on the same page. I wish I could start the month over so it doesn't go flat at all, but at least we're mostly fixed. These helmets are very expensive and not insured!
