They are so beautiful when they are "assembled". They come pre-cut with ribbons. I was so excited about that. They are quite easy to assemble, however it takes a long time, mainly due to the fact that there are TWO holes on each side. Inserting and removing the tape from each hole was quite time consuming. So plan ahead and make sure you have about 2 hours for each 50 "boxes" you order just to fold the ribbons and thread them through the holes. They are made of lightweight cardboard, not paper. So they look and feel fragile, but they are strong enough to work with and not as easy to tear as I thought.
