I recently bought a new truck and the seat is terribly uncomfortable. I bought 3 different types of pads to use hoping I could manage the discomfort. This product is so soft and comfortable, but it pushes me out of my seat. Also, the base is so thick that a neck pillow is a must as I have moved so far forward that my head was not close to the headrest . So if you're planning on using this in the Captain's chair (Jeep Gladiator here), note that you'll lose about 4 inches of the bottom of the seat and there's no trim level adjustment. Jeep, I have to resist that. I recommend this filling, but be sure to try it the day before you throw away the packaging. At first I thought it was luck, but the longer I drove, the more I realized that I couldn't get comfortable because my legs were dangling too far from the front of the seat.
