They're thinner than the ones I used years ago, but they're still great. They hold my pandemic long hair in place for hours without breaking it when I take it out. handy for creating the half ponytail I use to keep the elastic on my heavy duty mask from slipping through my straight hair. in different places when I need them (near the reading chair, on the vanity, in the car, etc.). I love her.
