First of all, I literally never leave reviews because I never get that excited about a product. I understand that peeling and gluing is difficult and tedious, but I was prepared for the challenge based on how clear and safe the instructions were. To start, the reels will be rolled back, so if you start hanging them like this, you're hanging with a shadow on the bricks, not underneath. You need to roll it out completely and then roll it out again to apply it in the right direction. We learned that the hard way on our first throw. After applying to a standard 9ft wall, the first roll stuck really well. It was sticky but easy to move around as long as you stick little by little, smooth/bubbling and repeat. Lots of static electricity when you're constantly peeling off and on, so it's easier to do this with two people. BUT when you compare other reels after the first one was hung it looks like a very different product. We've followed all the directions as we should (the pattern repeats every 8 rows of bricks) and it looks like maybe 1 brick is lined up correctly, but all the others don't match up even slightly. We ordered 7 rolls and none matched anywhere - we unpacked and tried each one (attached photos are of 3 separate rolls). Textures and shadows are completely misaligned, and some rocks aren't aligned at all, so they were uneven. It was hours before we realized we couldn't get past reel #1, and very badly at that. This is very noticeable when you use this on a real wall. Maybe less noticeable when used on stairs, in drawers, or something smaller, but it looks terrible for a main accent wall. I had to tear everything down. We would like to return/refund.
