I bought these in August 2018 and was pleased. It was a little more complicated than I needed, but I was fine with it - until it stopped loading. The lights just flicker and nothing happens. I have cleaned it and the charger but to no avail. I did what the Oral-B ads recommend: I asked my dental hygienist what product I should buy, and she recommended this one (and definitely no Oral-B products). But I would recommend buying a different model as this one seems to be faulty not only from my experience but also from other comments here.
