Great product! Save hundreds of dollars with this inexpensive tool, a must have for any car owner whether you know how to fix cars or not. Installation is very simple, you just need to find the on-board diagnostics (OBD) connector on your car. If you're having trouble finding the connector, you can always just look it up in your car's manual or via a google search, which is usually much quicker. than reading the manual. But just find the socket, put the key in the socket, then turn on the ignition and you're done! No batteries are required at all. Now you can see if there are any codes or problems with your engine or ECU. Menu navigation is quick, easy, and smooth. You can search for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), I/M Readiness Status Test to see if you pass emissions, O2 Sensor Test, Onboard Monitor Test, Read Descriptive Codes, Clear Codes and more! Luckily, I was lucky enough to hook up this product almost right before my car came on with the Check Engine Light (CEL), saw this bad guy, unresolved issues with random misfires between cylinders 1 and 2. There were ignition coils, wires, and spark plugs. replaced both cylinders, cleared codes, CEL is gone and my car is working again! Saved me the hassle of traveling to my local mechanic to have it checked out and paying $150 for their "full" through checks before doing any work. Save some money and buy this tool!
