First, it took a week to ship. Then after I adjusted my bike, even after calibrating the distance between the sensors, it worked intermittently for the first few days and then stopped. So I asked for the device to be returned. Please note that to return the device you must print out the packaging label and send the product back to production. You will also be charged for the refill at the Company's discretion. Not wanting to go through the hassle, I chalked it up as a "lesson learned". I thought it was ok, maybe it's the battery. So I bought a new battery. And the display lights up, but the record is not visible. Then I noticed that the cable from the sensor to the reader was not securely connected. In fact, a wire moved away from the case. Eager to get started and since ANY warranty is no longer valid I decided to reassemble it myself. (don't try that, it's not worth your time) and to my dismay this article still didn't work. Details are collected only once. The product wasn't designed to last, but 30 days was worth it.
