Review on Design House 541359 ESP Ventura Tri View by Brian Potter

We ordered this mirror because it was the perfect size and a lot cheaper than other options we found online. This lower price reflected the chipboard construction, which does not hold up well to shipping. Our first delivery, although apparently well packaged, arrived damaged - a small crack in the wood (which we could live with) and bent hinges (meaning the front doors were crooked). I contacted Design House directly and the customer service was great. They quickly agreed to ship replacement hinges the same day. There must have been some sort of confusion in the warehouse as we received a brand new mirror the following week (also damaged in transit). Between the two mirrors we were able to salvage parts and get a usable block. The style is great. Customer service is excellent. The quality of the materials is reflected in the price.
