Very happy with this little basket next to my reading chair. Easy to empty and keep clean, it blends into the decor and is unobtrusive. While I like to line the trash cans with a plastic bag in some places, the living room is not one of them. I want it to be useful but not obvious. I still have a small recycle bin in this room and was looking to get the same ones but they are no longer for sale. It seemed close, but it turned out I liked it a lot more than the other. Firstly, its smooth surface can be easily wiped with a cloth, keeping it as new without much effort. The brown finish is also combined with mahogany and other dark woods. This even works in an office with cherry wood furniture. I love that the top is slightly larger than the base so I can put a napkin or snack wrapper down when sitting in this chair without even looking. With all colors available, this is the perfect basket for places where you don't want it to stand out.
