It has enabled us to create an interactive document which can be used by our customers. I would say it's a good tool for documents that are longer than one page. The UI could use some improvement in terms of navigation, making it easier to navigate through different sections of the document. Try having your customer read through the content before uploading it, since they have very little experience with the tool. We solve the issue of documenting software by customers in a way that is easy for them to consume. There are many features, but I like mostly how it's very easy to use and customize my own content. The support team is also great! It will take some time to understand all of the options that this software has to offer. We needed an intuitive tool with which we could create our own manual pages in order to have more flexibility when publishing guides for new products.
