If you need a heavy duty bin sack that can hold heavy litter or needs to be filled with garden waste this is your sack. We use them when cleaning the pantry of expired items. or throwing away old paint cans and the like from a store, garage, or basement. And of course if you clear the garden of a lot of leaves, clippings and small branches (cut so the branch is narrower than the pocket so the sharp edges don't pierce it). the weight you put in the bag and the distance it takes you to move the bag with that weight. We've found that the best measure of fill capacity is whether you can still lift the pouch off the bottom. If it's too heavy for me to lift, it's definitely too heavy for the bag. I recommend the Ultrasac brand for quality and price. We use 1.4 mil as a liner for garbage cans and 3 mil or 4 mil for anything else that has real weight.
