With these covers having survived two Las Vegas summers and realizing I hadn't reviewed them I wanted to weigh in. These covers are in great shape after two hot summers. Not only is it super hot in Las Vegas, but it is also super dry and very windy. They are in an exposed area of the pool deck and with a yard having southern exposure with only morning shade from a tree where these covers are, they endure the hottest part of the day with direct sun all day. They have retained their color and elasticity and no hardness or cracking.Up until these were purchased we went through many other chair covers that got hard, cracked, discolored and could not handle the wind.The trick with these as to why the wind does not affect them is the screen on the lower back.Regarding the other reviews that say they disintegrated after three months, I truly find it hard to believe. If these can survive two Vegas summers, they can survive anything.
