This thing is bee knees. My hair is thick, coarse, colored and generally unruly. I have used it both as a regular conditioner and as a conditioner. After the conditioning treatment (leave on damp hair for an hour and wrap tightly in cling film --- I didn't have a single shower cap left) my hair was soft and shiny. There's an ingredient in there that will also make your scalp tingly and minty. I suffer from scalp issues and flare ups from time to time and usually only a special Aussie shampoo/conditioner called moogoo gets rid of my scalp symptoms. If any other shampoo/conditioner touches my scalp it gets worse so I'm tired of using it but I think my scalp is reacting to milk protein. In short, this thing is amazing.
