It helps organize all your emails, makes it easy for you access them from multiple places when working remotely etc., can be slow at times & sometimes crashing! Can't connect easily if not an amazon account set up already or have certain passwords saved elsewhere because then they don’t sync correctly (I know that seems weird but happens). Have been able to use as my phone number contact so far which was nice also being able reach someone through email directly without going out over skype/google hangouts. Email organization really helped me keep everything organized I could even do quick one-time tasks such as adding dates into outlook calendar via app very simple process made life much easier!! I like that we can access files from anywhere at any time through my computer or phone. It's easy to use for anyone who knows how it works. Sometimes it freezes up but not often enough to be annoyed by it. We have been able to streamline some processes that were previously very manual and complex. This allows us to work more efficiently when there are problems outside of normal business hours.
