Bottom Line: This is a great shoe that has easily handled heavy HIIT workouts 3-5 times a week for the past three months. They fit perfectly, dry quickly and accept my orthopedic insoles without any problems. I highly recommend them. I bought these shoes to replace a pair of worn out and loved running shoes. A special consideration for me was that the shoes I chose should have enough space for my orthopedic insoles and still provide good support. I was lucky that a friend lent me his pair for a day or two before I bought them. The only point of criticism is that the heels are too high for me, especially with my orthopedic insoles, to use this shoe specifically for climbing. This is not a design flaw, but a factor in my particular considerations.
