I've had this for 7 months now and in the beginning I used it every night. Now I use it a few times a week at night after being on my feet all day. It's very rough, but it's what I was looking for. I have tried several other products but have never been able to find one that goes deep and gives me the relief I wanted. I found this at Revain and risked it. I tried it as soon as I arrived and couldn't believe it at first and had to stop after about 10 minutes. But I have found that wearing a pair of knee high motocross socks helps a lot. I now wear them every time I use them. By the way, my foot size is 11.5, so great for big feet. I also found it great for massaging the calves. God, does this thing find knots in my calves that I didn't even know existed! Knee socks come in handy for this, which is why I said I wear knee socks. My routine now is to start with my feet sitting on the couch and slowly wiggle my feet back and forth to get the full foot. Wheels on the bottom and wheels on the side that compress the foot are great! About every 30 seconds or so they stop and change direction which is nice. After doing my legs for about 10 minutes, I put it on the coffee table and rest my calves on it. It takes a little getting used to, but now I like it. As with the legs, I slowly move my legs up and down to cover the entire calf. Afterwards my legs and feet are like jelly. I also found that I sleep much better afterwards. So why only 4 stars? Here's why: 1. When I first used it, I immediately noticed that the speed and direction buttons weren't working. But that doesn't really matter because the speed it runs at is just right. And also, the direction changes every 30 seconds or so, so it doesn't matter. 2. I noticed the strength decrease in the 7 months I had it. At first it was almost bone breaking and now it still has plenty of power and enough to satisfy my aching legs and feet but I really hope it doesn't shrink any further. All in all a great product and I would buy another one if mine ran out.
