I bought this product because I grind my teeth at night and my dentist advised me to try a cheaper product before I get a professional night shield. I received my package quickly and without any problems. The mold making process is a bit tricky and I ended up with a slightly imperfect mold but my teeth aren't perfect so maybe that's one of the reasons. The company goes out of their way to show you different ways to make a mold correctly: on paper, on video, and over the phone for help. As I said, this is still a semi-complicated exact process. You cannot move away from the stove. On the second try I managed to get a night guard which I was happy with. Watch the video before you try. The first part of the video helped me get into the right mood. The second half was blurry and not very helpful. I like that there are 4 molds in the pack because I had to make it twice before I got it right. The form turned out to be thin and quite comfortable. I can sleep with him at night without worrying too much about him. It comes with a night watchman case. The case has small holes through which air flows, so the mold dries faster. This product is reasonably priced, especially since there are 4 molds in the kit. I'm not sure how long this night guard will last as I've only recently used it. I would recommend this product to others.
