This is the second seat I've bought from them in the last 2 years and I'm very happy with it. The materials and workmanship are first class and very durable. I'm a big guy and all the other stuff I've bought just doesn't last long. The Bath Royale seats have a great easy release feature that allows you to quickly remove them for easy cleaning. The seats also stay in place and don't move. Be sure to take the time and read the instructions before beginning installation to ensure they are properly aligned. If you follow the instructions correctly, you should have no problems with this product. I was one of the first to get their new MasterSuite seat, so a few months before writing this review I wanted to make sure it would hold up just as well as the other chair I bought and never let me down. I love it so much I'm buying another one for our other bathroom. This place maybe a bit more expensive than others in the market but it will be the last place you have to buy! I really can't say enough good things about this place or this company and their customer service.
