Ideal kit to strengthen a young hand

I bought this kit for my 14 year old son who plays baseball. He wants to start pumping so he needs a kit that will strengthen his shoulder, elbow and forearm. This kit has it all. It comes with multiple bands and straps for use on the arms and legs. It also comes with a pair of handles to reinforce the shoulders. There is a grip trainer to strengthen the forearms and a finger band to strengthen the hand muscles and finger tendons. This is really a complete set. This item is made of high quality materials and workmanship. Perfect for my son and his baseball goals.
