After reading the reviews I decided to choose this set over other bracelets available as it has both bracelets and handles. This is a quality product but the straps are too flimsy for my teenage son. The bands only weigh 7-10 pounds so I would say this might suit an elderly person or rehab shoulder. I ended up buying additional ribbons and just using the pens from that set.
