The best part is that it has all my data in one place so I don't have to go back and forth between programs. When there are problems with the program, you can contact customer support directly without having to wait for an email reply from another department. Sometimes when updating, the system gets stuck at "Updating" stage where you cannot do anything else until told otherwise by techs or CSR's. We're trying to merge two systems together into one but still keep our current database intact. This software helps us to organize things better because we no longer need to manually enter information about people who worked on projects.
