He’s big and impressive. Clark Griswald would be proud. Very easy to set up. Four pins through each of the feet of the motor and four guy lines and stakes to put in the ground. I found that he’s so big that wind pushed him over. The little pins at the motor feet were not up to the task in my Florida sandy soil. So I took two pieces of scrap wood and ran four deck screws through the feet of the motor. Then I added two more guy lines with tent stakes for added stability. Be sure and tie a "Tauntline Hitch Knot” on the guy lines so you can easily take up the slack in the lines. Now he’s stable. Add a remote wireless power switch so you don’t even have to go outside to turn him on and off. The motor takes 3.5 minutes to inflate mine but it’s powerful enough for him to fully inflate even when the fabric is wet with rain and stand tall. Nice item!
