The device works fine but learning how to access the device via Blue Tooth required trial and error and a visit to YouTube. I also found that after the iPhone was paired with the device, I had to go to the settings on my phone and turn off the blue tooth connection. If I don't do this and try to connect to a different speaker, the device responds instead of the speaker I was trying to connect to. Even if there are multiple iPhones in the house, only one iPhone can be connected to the device. To connect to another phone, you must first uninstall Blue Tooth on the connected phone. Small annoyance.
