I tested the sandals for a week and they are easy to wear and walk on. mostly in urban areas. I ended up sending them back for personal reasons: interacting with water makes your feet slip. This is a known problem with the horizontal belt system. So I opted for lace-up sandals (Zuzu sandals made from a recycled Michelin Primacy 3 tire). Sandals with socks (in general) have better grip even in the rain. 2nd reason is strange: driving a car. While the foot is resting on the accelerator, its weight is on the heel rest, which I find uncomfortable. Most sandals have an open design. But these Xero sandals: a little sling. So you might think: Just tighten the Velcro, but that pushes my finger too far forward.
