This case was designed with beauty and security in mind. I wouldn't buy this if I could see it in a stone store for one simple reason. The bag does not have enough padding to prevent your laptop from breaking in simple accidents. The bottom of the bag has very little padding. The case fits my thin personal laptop or my thick and heavy work laptop. He's holding my 32 oz. a bottle of water and an umbrella with enough space for lunch, a notebook and a wallet. The color is darker than expected. I would recommend putting your laptop in a soft case before putting it in your bag. I have one somewhere so I'll leave the bag. I drive and will mainly use it for work. I doubt it will fit in a back pocket in a padded case. I will update the photos when I can test it.
