There is a lot to like about this backpack. It is well made, looks good and goes with many things. (I use this for my daily commute, not for travel.) The laptop insert fits perfectly, eliminating the need for a sleeve. The inner pockets are well thought out. This case was designed with beauty and security in mind. I wouldn't buy this if I could see it in a stone store for one simple reason. The bag does not have enough padding to prevent your laptop from breaking in simple accidents. The bottom of the bag has very little padding. I saw this bag in one of the expensive luggage stores. At first I was impressed by the pretty colour, but after the seller showed me everything this bag had to offer I knew I needed it! I went on a 10 day trip to Europe. We spent a few days in Paris, then Italy, then Greece and finally a day trip to London. I returned the 'raw brown' I bought because I didn't like the color which didn't match the picture. The actual piece is a mix of taupe and mauve. I then bought it elsewhere in black. The bag itself is great. I use it for my daily commute (which involves walking about 2 miles). Large internal capacity (big enough for my lunch, a stack of papers, and all my usual handbag items, and the free space could probably also fit a thin laptop and a cardigan or light jacket, even with all the other stuff).
