2 foot long option No spade connector

After looking for a spade connector splitter, I ordered two splitters in the same order, one 4 foot long and one 2 foot long. Although listed as a different size option in the same listing, the 2 foot option does not have a flat end cap. The word "Flat Fork” is actually missing from the name of the 2-foot variant, but there is even a picture showing a Flat Fork on the product page. I don't need a flat fork, but I'm very unhappy with the deceptive list.
