Wow, this is extremely easy to use and puts my mind at ease. You simply draw up a small amount of breast milk with a syringe and put it in a small container. Then you tuck the strip in and lay it out. There are little cards with colors that tell you how old the milk is or how good it is! I used specially expired milk and fresh milk to make sure it was accurate and it was! The picture shows basically everything I used. The instructions are extremely simple. I highly recommend this product!
