Cute but great for pest control

Love the design and style but my Arabian mare got rid of it in an hour. It was just too big for her head. She is not small for an Arabian and looks more like a small horse.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Safety

Ideal for older horses that are losing their sight

We have a 38 year old fourth horse that we have had since he was two years old and has partially lost his sight making other masks too limited for his vision but he wears it day and night and seems to be handling it very well. very happy for him and thankful we found something to keep bugs off his face. Well I need to get one for his 32 year old stablemate

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Poorly designed

It was perfect for my old man who had vision problems

It was perfect for my old man who had vision problems. He had trouble seeing through a regular fly mask and this was a great solution. It might wear out as it rolls. It works best under a bridle or halter. I modified it to have a hole for the forelock. This is a Norwegian fjord with an incredibly thick forelock. When I did that, the veil held up with no problems. I bought a second one, I liked it so much.

Well the idea is great but definitely not meant to be worn.

Well the idea is great but definitely not to wear out to pasture, my mare is quite nice, doesn't ruin her other fly mask, doesn't ruin the blankets but she manages within an hour, when I put it on. I'll have to think about getting a fly mask with ear plugs to protect it from the bugs, I was hoping to just do the ears. I also clipped the bangs hoping it would be less of a hassle and last longer, but that didn't happen. It works well with a bridle for riding or for controlled herding, but not for

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Don't know

My pony loves it but the neck is too long

I use it for trail riding and my pony loves it. The mesh keeps bugs away from the ears and the fringes help keep flies and pests away from the face. It's also much more breathable on hot days than the knitted earmuffs I've used before. My friend is a large pony and wears Thoroughbred sizes for halter, snaffle, muzzle etc. It fits well on the ears and forehead but the chin strap is too long for him. It would be nice to be able to adjust the length of the strap for horses/big ponies that don't…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Expensive

Seams are not complete, velcro is too long, does not hold

Concept is great... bought 3rd Warmblood... was only on one ear in the morning. The square horse with the big head was gone in the morning and the velcro was 10 inches too long. A bastard with tiny ears... shook his head and it fell off, velcro out. Fix the long and reverse velcro by tying the straps in a million knots. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to it. With the fly season being so bad this year, I was hoping to put on fly masks during the day...and give them a night…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Excellent pest control product

The product arrived here quickly and with excellent quality! I ride an Arabian who sweats when she sees a saddle and her ears are always wet under her cotton hoods. The material is very breathable and the fringes are much longer and offer more protection. The seams are sewn with a soft fabric and it feels really cozy in it! Don't be an idiot; This is meant to be worn with a bridle or halter, not just out in the pasture. Do not be stupid. The only complaint is that it works HUGE! She is Arab so…

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine
