Review on AOSHIKE Polycrystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Charger by Andre Stephens

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Panels vary widely in colour, some with burn-in

All of these panels have different shades of blue and some have weird burn-ins. So if aesthetics are as important to your project as they are to mine, you'll have a hard time finding the right panels. I had to buy 200 of these to find fewer than 50 that were similar enough in color to be usable. I used them as dummy solar panels in a broken space satellite model I built for a client. I didn't have to plug them in so I can't confirm how well they work. They are also very thin and fragile and can break with the slightest effort, so be careful with them.

Pros
  • High conversion efficiency
Cons
  • Some minor details
