That it was affordable for what I needed (a basic one year certificate), that customer support answered any questions/concerns quickly without having to wait days or weeks like some companies can be with their certs! We didn't have an issue at all during our two years of using this cert - which made us happy because we're not always able get quick answers when trying other providers in my past experience :) If you need something simple but validating your site's security then these are great options out there now as they were before PCI compliance became so strict recently!!
