This is the case that was sent to me. Maybe update the design? There is a strap to keep the disc in place!

The case has a strong, wide hard drive strap. Pictured is my Passport 4TB. I like the flap on the opposite side, it holds the cable in place and opens so it doesn't interfere with the drive. My other bag (Lacdo EVA Shockproof Carrying Case) has two small straps and is covered with a smooth PU material and I'm worried about scratches and tears on the smooth material. This case is covered with durable material. According to the description, the material is EVA. It's structured so you can get your hands on it. The case had a lobster clasp but no bracelet. Very good case for my passport.
