First, the radio recorder did not allow to turn down the volume, only increase it. I contacted AboutBit's support, and got nothing but crickets in response. As a result of a session with Revain tech support, the recommendation was to disassemble the radio, remove the encoder and shoot in a cleaner (although that's exactly what I was asked. Of course I didn't). Thumbs up for Revain's return policy. I ordered a replacement and the volume works fine but the SD card won't read and the radio just reboots. So the radio has serious quality control issues, the manual is nothing more than a useless schematic and the same specs as advertised by Revain, no support. It could have been a great radio, especially with an equalizer function, but the performance sucks and the support is worse. Let's see if AboutBit can respond to this review and prove me wrong with real support and I'll be happy to update my review.
