Review on ๐ŸŽฎ HORI Nintendo Switch Real Arcade Pro V Hayabusa Fight Stick - Officially Licensed by Nintendo: The Ultimate Gaming Experience for Nintendo Switch by Logan Goozmer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The stick is good, but not outstanding. Worth the price. Customizable and elegant.

I bought this joystick two years ago for the SF 30th Anniversary Collection, some Neo Geo titles, Smash and a few other fighting games, expecting it to see widespread use on my Nintendo Switch . Turns out I didn't, as the fighting games library and player base never reached what it is on PS4. The stick didn't even work with Smash as the joystick is bound to the D-Pad and cannot be changed to a left stick even after the 10.0.0 software update. There are a few things a buyer should know before purchasing this product: (1) the handle is really long and will definitely extend past your normal arm length in an anatomical position, (2) the buttons themselves feel very cheap and they tend to make a lot of noise when hitting Compared to many other fighting sticks on the market (3) the stick has full frame input lag, which is imperceptible to beginners but is important if you are going to be good or competitive in a fight want game. Those quibbles aside, the stick worked pretty well. It's not cheap and appears to be quite premium when it comes to weight and texture. I know USB doors break easily, but as long as you take care of yours like I do, you'll be fine. Fixed stick 8/10.
