I threw away all my makeup from having it for so long so it worked for me. I understand why there are so many reviews of people giving it to young girls and teenagers but I think the colors especially the lipstick are a bit darker for older people when maybe you could find a box of pink flowers and flowers , which they are wearing today, that would be better, although I personally don't like the pink that they are wearing today. Anyway, plenty of room for brushes and other makeup you already have. I have other new makeup - a makeup concealer kit with brushes, some different colored brow pencils that match, eyeliner, new eyelash makeup and a small tube of blush that I saw on fb for older grannies , everything fits. Very impressive. I might get this as a Christmas present for granddaughters who like to play with makeup, 5 and 6 who will be 6 and 7 by Christmas.
