These collars work great if you use them in the right place.
These couplers work great when you use them on the right hand part of the drill (the hard part of the drill, not the cutting part). My main gripe with them is the poor description and trying to figure out what drill bit size they fit. I thought this ring came with a roll pin drill bit, but it's larger and I believe it comes with a pocket hole drill bit.
