Review on Beardsley and Company Ultra Conditioner/Softener for Beards: Premium Beard Care Product, 8 oz by Jeremy Nunez

I would rate 3.5 if possible. It does a good job of conditioning and for the money you get quite a bit compared to the Bluebeard. I really really hate the smell. To me it smelled like stale, buttered cinema popcorn, with a hint of vomit. Now maybe it's just me, as my wife has made completely unsolicited comments about how good it smells on two separate occasions (which she doesn't usually do unless she really likes something). So maybe I have an odd batch or my olfactory system just doesn't match it, but I guess it really comes down to preference. Either you like it or you don't. Overall I would give it a 0 for smell, 4 for performance and 4 for quantity/value. I will say that the smell doesn't stay after rinsing, so it's always there.
