I have been wearing night protection for several years due to excessive friction. My last set was starting to irritate the inside of my bottom lip so I figured this product would be perfect as it isn't bulky in the front of the mouth. I received this and was excited to try it. When I put it in to fit it seemed to fit well but the part that should go around your front teeth didn't seem to fit but the packaging says it reacts with your body heat. and takes the shape of your mouth after a few minutes, so I didn't really think about it. I used it the first night and kept waking up to the state of the art body heat sensitive tape that was supposed to fit so well, kept loosening and wrapping around my tongue and the rotating plates were sitting too high on my gums causing it it rubbed. where my lip meets his I thought maybe I hadn't adjusted it properly so I tightened it and tried again the next night and the same thing happened. The next morning my naughty dog snatched it from the bedside table and I just threw it away. Don't waste money.
