It doesn't appear to be a long pillow with filling like I thought it was, more like separate padding in a long cover, very disappointed as I was looking for a long soft pillow that didn't have any had gaps between the filling. I could save money and just buy some better pillows and a long blanket and stuff the pillows in. I measured the pillow out of it and it was about 46 inches long. I would literally need two of those so called 72 inch pillows just to fill a 72 inch cover. Terrible product, the filling is poor and the amount in the case was pathetic. There were large gaps in the original foam shell where there was no padding, and even if I tried to even out the padding, the pillow would not be thicker than 3-4 inches. Terrible product, wish I had never bought it.
