I like that you can create multiple levels of access in our stores. We also really enjoy the ability to have our customer service associates use their own PINs to get into the system. Sometimes it is difficult to change out employees who may not know how to use the system well. The benefits of this system are easy to see. It has saved us time and money by automating many processes. The benefits we have seen so far include less time spent on data entry, better inventory management, and more accurate accounting.
