It is very easy to use because it has all of your needs covered in one product which makes life easier than having multiple products that you need to update or integrate together at once so they can work well as a team. I like that you can create multiple levels of access in our stores. We also really enjoy the ability to have our customer service associates use their own PINs to get into the system. Sometimes it is difficult to change out employees who may not know how to use the system well. The benefits of this system are easy to see. I like that it is very easy to use once you get used to how things work in this program! It can be difficult at first but after some practice everything becomes pretty intuitive!! The best thing about using HRS as opposed to other programs out there would have to be being able to customize your own rules/settings so they fit what YOU want them too do instead of having someone else make those decisions for you.
