SKEHANA SOFTWARE IS THE BEST FOR OUR COMPANY

I am satisfied with their service for my last 3 years now! They helped us in all our needs from planning to implementation they are always available whenever you need them even at odd hours or weekends too which is quite important when it comes about your projects that have very tight time lines & budgets as well!! There isn't any negative point we feel so far but maybe this could be just me not liking anything else apart form customer care services provided by skehanas team members!! So if…

Decent product; good customer and technical services

It's very easy to use for our small business customers who need assistance with their CRM implementation or customization needs. The support team is amazing! They are always willing to help you out no matter what time it may be in your day/weekend schedule. Nothing really at this point but I do think that they could make some improvements here an there as far as functionality goes - especially when dealing with larger organizations. Their service has been great so far though! We have used them

Very userfriendly and simple interface

I liked that they were very friendly to work with throughout our engagement as well ass when we started implementing their software into my organization! As far is any dislikes there are none really but it was easy for me because i am accustomed working in this type system so familiarizing myself took no time at all!! The benefits include being able be viewable by users 24/7365 without having them log onto an application each day which makes life easier since you do not have people logging off…

An excellent Customer Service Software

I like that it provides me with an easy to use platform for managing my customer service operations as well as providing great tools in order to help us keep track of our contacts data. The software has many features but sometimes gets too complicated if you are not using them regularly so make sure before going live!
