I liked that they were very friendly to work with throughout our engagement as well ass when we started implementing their software into my organization! As far is any dislikes there are none really but it was easy for me because i am accustomed working in this type system so familiarizing myself took no time at all!! The benefits include being able be viewable by users 24/7365 without having them log onto an application each day which makes life easier since you do not have people logging off or using applications during non business hours etc..
