I really like these lights. They do everything you could ask of them, not that I would even want that. But if I did, they will. I only bought it to be able to read comfortably in bed without having to get up and turn on the overhead light, now I just use my remote control for that. As soon as the box arrived I opened it and screwed in the bulbs as my light has 2 bulbs (both bulbs work on the same remote control so you can have a remote control and if you have a partner they can have one of their own) . bedside table, or you can leave it somewhere else in the house, whatever) and use it right away with no fuss. Just remember to remove the protective plastic cover from the remote control. All illuminated functions work. Even a timer. Bought a second set as a gift for my mom. She will love them as the overhead string of lights on her fan is unavailable so she hasn't been able to use the light in her bedroom for ages. I highly recommend this product. And the brightness is amazing. I was very happy with the way the pears arrived. Very great product and offer. I will buy more if needed.
