My first thought upon opening the box was: This is not the color in the picture. It was close to true navy blue when advertised as navy blue looking somewhere between gray and navy blue. This was a bit disappointing because because of the color it gave me enough tip to order this brand instead of the others only to find out it was similar to all the other navy blue slip ons I looked at. I really don't want navy blue because it's too close to the color of the jeans. Anyway, my second impression is that they are thin and quite light. I've had much more durable slip-ons in the same style from Vans, Sperry, etc. On the other hand, they're flatter, which I like, and true to my size. I don't see them. The shows run terribly long and it seems like less than $50 is the best price for what you get.
