I bought this size 4 dress for my 4.5 year old daughter who is either medium or slightly tall for her age. The dress was a little big so I pulled it up by the shoulders. It still reaches the ground but no longer sweeps the ground. Because it's plump and the tulle is slightly longer than the lining, she can walk comfortably without tripping. It looks absolutely gorgeous on her and we are so excited that she will be wearing it to my niece's wedding! She looks and feels like a princess in it!
